Welcome to LifeForce!

Arriving at a doctor’s office for the first time can be a nerve racking experience. Paperwork to fill out, new faces and names to learn, and getting to know your way around the office; this can hit the senses all the at same time causing overload. However, at LifeForce Chiropractic our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnecessary tension and make you feel comfortable. We strive to create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere in the office.

Upon entering our office our receptionist will greet you and welcome you as a member of our family. We encourage you fill our patient forms ahead of time by clicking here for the paperwork. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition. Soon after arriving, the doctor will greet you and welcome you to the clinic.

Your first visit will take approximately one hour. During this visit, either Dr. Gina or Dr. Sadie will learn more about you, your condition, and your expectations to determine whether chiropractic care will you meet your health goals. After this consultation, the doctors will perform a complete chiropractic exam testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend, as well as other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical examinations. Nothing in our office will be done without your consent.

If the doctor determines you have a chiropractic condition, she will treat you after the exam. The treatment consists of spinal adjustments and therapy if indicated. Additional therapy may consist of electrical stimulation to relax tight muscles, manual muscle therapeutic massage, spinal decompression, stretching, or retraining movement patterns. If you have never been treated by a chiropractor, the doctor will take time to explain to you what she is doing so that you are comfortable with the procedures.

After your appointment, the doctor will answer any questions you may have and will give recommendations at that time. Follow up visits may be necessary depending on your particular health condition and health goals.
