Dr. Sadie Knickrehm

Dr. Sadie is a Northwestern Health Sciences University graduate. Her individualized approach to care recognizes that each person is unique and that a one-size fits all model isn’t the answer. With this in mind, attention is given to tailor treatment to fit each patient’s needs and improve overall health outcomes. Dr. Sadie’s treatment methods integrate concepts and techniques she has developed through countless hours of classroom and hands-on training, seminars, workshops as well as from mentors in the field. Trained in acupuncture and dry needle technique, Sadie often blends her chiropractic care with these modalities. She employs diversified chiropractic techniques as well as aspects of applied kinesiology, soft tissue mobilization, gait analysis, activator adjusting, and clinical nutrition to restore proper function of the body’s nervous system. Dr. Sadie is insightful, highly motivated, and creative with her approach to health care and chiropractic treatment. She prides herself in establishing meaningful working relationships, and is both personally and professionally committed to providing compassionate care for all of her patients. Dr. Sadie has a natural talent to both motivate and coach her patients toward rehabilitation and recovery from acute and chronic pain complaints or injury. She also provides education on the practice of healthy living, stress management and injury prevention. She is an avid pickleball player, enjoys running and mountain biking and appreciates a good strength training workout. Her free time is best spent exploring hiking trails with her two dogs, teaching anatomy at a local massage school and staying connected with friends and family.
